a little steam to the 'dented' brim straightened out a small 'dent'; removed the hat band and added a small band with some 'bling' to feminize the hat. Love that it is of light weight with plenty of air flow!. Also I have a small head so the fact that the hat has a small ribbon to allow for adjustment is great.
